  20. The Apple drives are Sony drives (at least some of them).  And a note on 
  21. the NEC reading CDDA: it's possible, apparently, but the NEC is supposed 
  22. to do it a different way, and utilities that work on Toshiba or Sony 
  23. drives don't work with NEC drives.
